Fine print, in plain words
Is it per person or per team?
One license covers up to three people: three activations, one Mac each. A six-person studio buys two licenses. We don’t do per-seat monthly pricing, and we won’t pretend otherwise.
Can a three-person team share one license?
Yes. One license activates on up to three Macs, so up to three people can each run it on their own Mac. Four and up? Add a second license. No per-seat meter, no monthly bill.
What happens when the 50 are gone?
The card says $149. Nothing else changes. No feature gates, no “legacy plan.”
Do v2 or future versions cost extra?
Maybe someday a major version will be a paid upgrade. Your v1.x keeps working forever either way, offline, even if we vanished.
Taxes, VAT, GST?
Lemon Squeezy is the merchant of record and handles all of it at checkout. You get a proper receipt for your books.
Refunds?
30 days, any reason, reply to your receipt. We’d rather have you leave happy than stay resentful.
